Seow Swee Hong, 39, who taught in a school in the eastern part of Singapore, used his mobile phone to capture video recordings of victims’ shorts and thighs at the school, and at the Popular bookstore at Toa Payoh HDB Hub last year.
A court heard that he committed at least half of the offences while on police bail.
