THE Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (SPCA) is appealing for more information on a video posted on YouTube which apparently shows a man dumping a cat into a rubbish bin.
Its appeal, posted on Facebook on Wednesday, has garnered more than 60 comments from outraged Netizens.
