One millionth Bosnian returns


 

SARAJEVO: The United Nations refugee agency announced on Tuesday the symbolic return of the millionth refugee to Bosnia. 

Udo Janz, the UN High Commissioner for Refugees' representative in Bosnia, said the return of one million of the 2.2 million people displaced marked a “significant milestone in the long process of rebuilding a nation shattered during the 1992-95 war.'' – AP
