TWO Internet piracy syndicates in Singapore, one with links to a notorious international group, have been busted, the police said on Thursday.
In a co-ordinated swoop led by the US Federal Bureau of Investigation and involving 12 other countries, the Singapore police nabbed members of the syndicates, which download and sell pirated CDs and DVD-Roms of computer software, games and movies.
