BEIJING: Classified material on board a US spy plane that was forced to land in China almost 30 months ago most probably fell into Chinese hands, a leading defence journal said yesterday, citing a military report.
The 24-member crew on board the EP-3 surveillance craft, which had just collided in mid-air with a Chinese jet, were too shocked and had too little time to destroy everything they should have, Jane's Defence Weekly said.
