A SENIOR Chinese official said in Kunming, in south-western Yunnan Province, that China, as a member of the Association of South-East Asian Nations-Mekong River Basin Development Co-operation Programme, will help push forward the Cambodia section of the planned Pan-Asia Railway Project.
Liu Jiang, vice-minister in charge of the State Development and Reform Commission, made the remark at the programme's 5th Ministerial Meeting, which closed in Kunming on Wednesday.
