Super sewer system shapes up

SINGAPORE’S underground sewage superhighways are taking shape. 

About 70% of the 48km of tunnels in Phase One of the S$7bil (RM15.4bil) scheme have been tunnelled, and the project is on course to meet its 2008 completion date.
