TAIPEI: For the second time in a week yesterday, a woman in Taiwan cut off her lover's penis following a quarrel.
Lin Hsiu-chan, 52, removed the penis of her boyfriend Chiang Chin-sheng, 42, after he fell asleep at their rented apartment in Tucheng, a satellite city of this capital.
