Old man's drug losing out to trendy ones

HEROIN abuse, the spread of which sparked Singapore’s anti-drug crackdown 25 years ago, is on the decline. 

Both the amount of heroin seized and the number of heroin users arrested are down, says the Central Narcotics Bureau (CNB).
