MORE than 6,000 paper cuttings of little red men that make up the Showers of Fortune art installation at the Esplanade were removed by people eager to take home “a bit of fortune.”
The vandalism was so bad that Esplanade programming officer Michelle Tan, 30, and her colleagues had to replace the cuttings twice, taking eight hours to do so each time.
