BEIJING: China will press ahead as scheduled with plans to send astronauts into space despite the shuttle Columbia disaster, the China Daily said yesterday.
“The incident will not affect China's manned space programme,” the official daily quoted an unnamed source as saying. “We'll move on according to our schedule.”
