Java man admits eating corpses to get magic powers

JAKARTA: A man arrested by police in Indonesia’s densely-populated Central Java has admitted to having eaten the flesh of three corpses, a report said yesterday. 

Sumanto, 32, who was arrested by police after neighbours complained of a suspicious stench coming from his house in the district of Purbalingga, admitted to having eaten raw three corpses since 1996.
