Datuk Hazem Mubarak Musa, the Sungai Manila assemblyman, said Sabahans' common goal is to see their rights under the Malaysia Agreement 1963 (MA63) fulfilled.
A three-member appellate panel is expected to convene at around 10am to hear Putrajaya's arguments against the High Court decision on Oct 17 last year specifically on the issue of the lost revenue.
The court has allowed up to 250 people to gather at its conference hall to follow the hearing live through a closed-circuit audiovisual transmission from the courtroom.
