OSK Group marked a new chapter in its journey with the unveiling of a refreshed brand direction for its three key business divisions, OSK Construction, OSK Property Investment and OSK Property Development, collectively represented as CID, at an event held on Oct 8 at EQ Kuala Lumpur.

The event brought together business partners, members of the media, vendors and suppliers to celebrate OSK’s progress and witness the unveiling of its refreshed brand identity and future direction.

Rather than changing its established corporate logo, the brand refresh builds on OSK’s existing identity and heritage, introducing a renewed brand purpose, a vibrant new colourway known as OSKoral, and a stronger unified collaboration across CID.

OSK Group deputy group managing director Ong Ju Xing said the refresh represents more than a visual evolution for the businesses.

“This brand refresh reflects where we are today and, more importantly, where we want to go next. 'Making Ordinary Extraordinary' gives us a common purpose and reminds us that ordinary people like us can create extraordinary outcomes when we have a shared purpose to improve the everyday experiences that matter to the lives we touch.

“We are entering the next chapter with optimism. By bringing together the strengths of Construction, Investment and Development, combined with our Cables Manufacturing, IBS Wall Panel Manufacturing, and Hospitality businesses, we believe we can create even greater value for our customers, business partners and the communities we serve.

“OSKoral brings a renewed sense of energy to the brand, and we look forward to carrying this spirit forward as OSK continues to evolve and grow.”

The company is planning property launches with a GDV of RM1.34bil in 2027, further expanding its portfolio across different market segments and locations.

Among its upcoming plans is OSK Property Development’s move into the high-end residential segment under its ‘Signature’ series in Subang, introducing a new offering that will complement the group’s existing range of residential developments.

This follows the success of its first Signature series project in Kuantan, OSK Ombak, where the first phase was fully booked within three months. The expansion reflects OSK Property’s continued focus on responding to evolving homebuyer aspirations while broadening its product offerings to serve a wider spectrum of customers.

For OSK Property Investment, the next phase will focus on further transforming its assets into vibrant and engaging destinations that enhance the everyday lives of surrounding communities.

This includes strengthening the lifestyle offerings at existing assets such as Atria Shopping Gallery, Faber Towers and YOUCity Retail, through an evolving mix of retail, dining, wellness, leisure and community experiences.

The business will also continue to identify opportunities across its asset locations to create environments that go beyond their functional purposes, becoming places where communities can connect, spend time together and enjoy meaningful everyday experiences.

While continuing to support OSK Property Development’s projects and maintain close collaboration between the two businesses, OSK Construction will embark on a more active growth strategy by increasing its participation in tenders for external construction projects. This approach will enable the construction arm to leverage its expertise, capabilities and track record across a broader range of opportunities while strengthening its presence in the construction industry.

Through CID and its ecosystem-led model, OSK aims to harness the collective strengths of its businesses across property development, property investment, construction, cables manufacturing, IBS wall panel manufacturing, and hospitality, building on its established foundation with a clearer shared purpose and renewed energy.

The refreshed brand identity, including OSKoral and its new brand purpose, will be progressively introduced across OSK’s corporate communications, developments, assets and digital touchpoints.
