Cops confirm receiving report of 14-year-old boy being sexually assaulted in Cheras


KUALA LUMPUR: A 14-year-old boy was allegedly sexually assaulted at a home in Cheras.

Cheras Deputy OCPD Supt Lim Chun How said police received a report on the incident from the victim's mother on Sept 29.

"The report stated that a 40-year-old man had sexually assaulted her 14-year-old son at a PPR unit in Cheras," he said.

He added that the case is currently being investigated by the Kuala Lumpur police Sexual, Women and Children Investigation Division.
