PUTRAJAYA: An asset declaration notice will be served on former human resources minister Datuk Seri M. Saravanan next week, says Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) chief commissioner Datuk Seri Abd Halim Aman.
The notice will also be given to his wife and three children, he added.

"On Monday (Sept 28) they will come to the MACC headquarters here and we will hand the notice over. This is the procedure," he said on Friday (Sept 29).
"Following that they will be given a month to declare their assets. This asset declaration is being conducted under the MACC Act 2009.
"Since one of his children is still overseas studying in London, we will hand over that notice in November to give them ample time."
Previously, Saravanan claimed trial at the Kuala Lumpur Sessions Court to three charges of graft involving more than RM1mil linked to foreign worker approvals.
The 58-year-old pleaded not guilty after the charges were read out before judge Azura Alwi on Aug 28.
