KUALA KRAI: A former Religious and Fardu Ain Class (Kafa) teacher was fined RM2,000 by the Magistrate's Court here on Wednesday (Sept 23) for kicking a Year Five pupil in the face, causing injury.
Magistrate Rais Imran Hamid imposed the maximum fine, with a default of four months in jail, after Abdullah Mustakim, 33, pleaded guilty to voluntarily causing hurt to the pupil in a classroom at a school here at about 2.30 pm on Oct 23, 2024.
