ALOR GAJAH: The Pakatan Harapan Plus cooperation for the Melaka election is an electoral understanding rather than a new political coalition, says election director Datuk Seri Amirudin Shari.
He said while the time available was currently too short to form a new coalition, an understanding for electoral purposes could still be reached.
