MGB Bhd, a leading construction, property development and Industrialised Building System (IBS) precast concrete manufacturer and subsidiary of LBS Bina Group Bhd, today officially launched StarLight Residences, marking the group’s first property development project in Cameron Highlands and its first development on the East Coast of Peninsular Malaysia.
The launch ceremony was held at the StarLight Residences sales gallery in Cameron Highlands and officiated by MGB Bhd group executive chairman,Tan Sri Ir Dr Lim Hock San.
The event was also attended by MGB Bhd executive director and chief executive officer Datuk Richard Lim, executive director and deputy chief executive officer Isaac Lim, deputy chief executive officer Victor Wong and Daniel Chew.
With an estimated GDV of RM129.9mil, StarLight Residences is a low-density development situated on approximately 1.88 acres (0.76ha) and comprises 270 service apartments and two retail units.
Strategically located next to the Cameron Highland’s Night Market, and located near the Cameron Highlands Golf Course, StarLight Residences enjoys a prime location within one of Malaysia’s most established highland tourism destinations.
The development is also within easy reach of popular attractions, including the BOH Tea Centre, Lavender Garden, Cameron Centrum mall and other popular destinations in Cameron Highlands.
StarLight Residences features a dual-key layout, offering flexible living options and enhanced investment potential.
The service apartments are available in three-unit types, ranging from 550 sq ft to 938 sq ft, with selling prices starting from RM398,000.
The two retail units measure 1,561 sq ft and 1,755 sq ft respectively, with prices starting from RM1.14mil.
