KUALA TERENGGANU: Sultan of Terengganu Sultan Mizan Zainal Abidin has successfully undergone treatment and is now resting.
The Terengganu Sultan's Office, in a statement shared by the Information Department on Saturday (Aug 15), said Sultan Mizan and his family expressed their appreciation and were deeply touched by all those who had prayed for His Royal Highness.
"Sultan Mizan expressed his appreciation, gratitude and thanks, together with his family, to all mosques, suraus, tahfiz institutions, religious scholars, community leaders, organisations, individuals and people from all walks of life who had prayed for His Royal Highness and performed special prayers and Yasin recitations for him.
"Only Allah SWT can repay their kindness. May Allah SWT continue to bless His Royal Highness with good and lasting health and ease all his affairs," the statement said.
Previously, the Terengganu Sultan's Office said Sultan Mizan was in good health and would continue with follow-up treatment as scheduled by his medical team. – Bernama
