Outgoing Wangsa Maju OCPD presents appreciation certs to officers, journos


KUALA LUMPUR: Twelve journalists from various media agencies were recognised for their role in disseminating information to the public during a special assembly at the Wangsa Maju district police headquarters.

The certificates of appreciation were presented by Wangsa Maju OCPD Senior Asst Comm Mohamad Lazim Ismail at the assembly held at Dataran Dinamik, IPD Wangsa Maju, at 8am on Thursday (March 26).

SAC Mohamad Lazim also presented certificates of appreciation to outstanding police officers and personnel in recognition of their service.

The special assembly marked his final appearance as Wangsa Maju OCPD following his transfer to Bukit Aman.

He will assume his new role as Deputy Director (Strategic Planning) at the Commercial Crime Investigation Department beginning next month.
