Eight-month pregnant woman braves floodwaters to reach relief centre


HULU LANGAT: A woman, who is eight months pregnant, had no choice but to wade through floodwaters to reach the Sekolah Rendah Agama (SRA) Dusun Nanding temporary relief centre near here after her home in the Dusun Nanding area was inundated following continuous downpour from on Wednesday (Dec 3) night.

Biasmaiha Daud, 36, had to walk for one kilometre after her home in Taman Seri Nanding, where she has stayed for just one year, was flooded up to about 0.3m since 7am.
