TNB technician loses nearly RM300,000 to phone scam


MUAR: A technician with Tenaga Nasional Bhd (TNB) claimed to have lost RM292,186.50 after he was hoodwinked by two individuals in a phone scam syndicate

Muar OCPD Asst Comm Raiz Mukhliz Azman Aziz said the 48-year-old victim received a call from an individual on Aug 18, 2025, claiming to be an insurance representative.
