Woman dies after allegedly consuming supplement, Health Ministry launches probe


PETALING JAYA: An investigation has been launched into allegations claiming that a woman died after consuming a supplement, says the Health Ministry.

In a statement, the ministry’s Food Safety and Quality Division said an early investigation revealed that the product contains glutathione, an active ingredient listed under the Negative List of the Drug Registration Guidance Document (DRGD).
