Thunderstorms, heavy rain set to hit six states until 4pm


KUALA LUMPUR: Thunderstorms, heavy rain and strong winds are forecast to affect several areas in Kedah, Penang, Perak, Pahang, Sabah and Sarawak until 4pm on Monday (Nov 3).

The Malaysia Meteorological Department (MetMalaysia) said in a statement that the areas expected to be hit in Kedah are Sik and Baling; while in Penang, the Barat Daya and Timur Laut districts are likely to experience similar conditions.
