Selangor cops to increase school patrols


SHAH ALAM: Selangor police will step up patrols, including regularly deploying Mobile Patrol Vehicles (MPVs) into school compounds, to enhance police presence throughout school hours.

Selangor police chief Comm Datuk Shazeli Kahar said the measure, which also strengthens the school liaison officer programme, was part of ongoing initiatives to ensure a safe environment in schools.
