PUTRAJAYA: Health clinics (klinik kesihatan) functioning like cottage hospitals – this is the next big step of the Health Ministry which will take the huge load off government hospitals.
Under the plan, minor procedures will be carried out at health clinics without patients having to be referred to hospitals.
