PUTRAJAYA: The of Domestic Trade and Cost of Living Ministry will continue to monitor claims from consumers affected by a disruption of the Budi Madani RON95 (Budi95) system at a BHPetrol station on Jalan Gambang, Kuantan, on Friday (Oct 3).

Its Deputy Minister Datuk Dr Fuziah Salleh said the disruption, which occurred around 12.15pm, affected 28 customers. The ministry conducted an inspection at 4.00 pm the same day.

"We found that the system was experiencing intermittent on/off disruptions, even though no internet issues were detected on the premises.

"The station operator has submitted a report to the BHPetrol Headquarters for further action.

"Affected customers can submit a claim for a refund by presenting their original purchase receipt for verification," she said in a statement on Saturday (Oct 4).
