PUTRAJAYA: About 0.88% (150,000) of the 17 million Malaysians eligible for the Budi Madani RON95 (Budi95) subsidy have not updated their 12-digit MyKad number on their Malaysian driving licences, says Anthony Loke.
The Transport Minister said that to qualify for Budi95, recipients must be Malaysian citizens with a valid, active driving licence.
