Raja Muda of Selangor to marry Afzaa Fadini on Oct 2


IPOH: The Raja Muda of Selangor Tengku Amir Shah Sharafuddin Idris Shah is getting married.

In a statement issued by Sultan of Selangor Sultan Sharafuddin Idris Shah's private secretary Datuk Mohamad Munir Bani on Monday (Sept 22), the Crown Prince will marry Afzaa Fadini Abdul Aziz on Oct 2.

"The royal wedding ceremony will be held at Masjid Istana Diraja, Istana Alam Shah in Klang.

"The royal wedding reception and dinner will be held at Balairung Seri and Balai Santapan Diraja respectively at the palace on Oct 22," he said.

Mohamad Munir said the Selangor Islamic Religious Department will hold Yasin recitations and prayers at all mosques in the state to bless the wedding and ensure the ceremonies run smoothly on Sept 25.

"Sultan Sharafuddin and Tengku Amir Shah will grace the prayers at Masjid Sultan Salahuddin Abdul Aziz Shah in Shah Alam," he added.
