Don't take matters into your own hands, AGC urges public over flag issue

KUALA LUMPUR: The Attorney General's Chambers (AGC) is advising the public to leave any action on flag-related issues to authorities and not take matters into their own hands.

"This includes raiding the premises of the suspected parties, sharing personal information or making reckless accusations on social media, provoking or threatening the individuals or organisations involved and taking over the role of authorities, such as ordering the flag to be taken down or seizing the materials involved without legal authority.
