Penang Smart Parking restoring service following glitch

GEORGE TOWN: Penang Smart Parking (PSP) customers faced unexpected service disruption on Monday (Aug 1), as the company assured that it is working to restore services as quickly as possible.

In a statement, PSP said its service experienced an unforeseen technical issue and would provide updates and announcements via its official social media pages from time to time.

“We apologise for any inconvenience caused and thank you for your understanding,” the company said on Facebook on Monday.

Penang Island City Council alternate finance chairman Nicholas Theng said the technical problem was expected to be resolved by the end of Monday.
