Man found dead near chain restaurant on Jalan Sultan Ismail, KL


KUALA LUMPUR: The body of a man was found near an international chain restaurant, here.

Dang Wangi OCPD Asst Comm Sulizmie Affendy Sulaiman stated that the body was discovered on Wednesday (May 14) within some shrubbery behind the restaurant along Jalan Sultan Ismail.

"The deceased was a man of unknown age... He was wearing a grey T-shirt, bright blue shorts with a belt, and had one blue slipper still on.

"No documents were found on the body," he said.

A post-mortem will be conducted on May 15 at Kuala Lumpur Hospital.

The case has been classified as a sudden death.
