PUTRAJAYA: The online instalment application service for payment of tax balances or tax arrears via e-Ansuran is accessible through the MyTax Portal.
The Inland Revenue Board (LHDN), in a statement yesterday, said the initiative was introduced on March 5 to make it easier for taxpayers to apply to pay their tax balances or arrears in instalments, with automatic approvals without the need for supporting documents.
It said the total application amount must exceed RM300 with instalments from two to six payments, Bernama reported.
Taxpayers can access the e-Ansuran service by logging on to the MyTax portal via https://mytax.hasil.gov.my/ and selecting the relevant category (individual/director/representative director).
