Meanwhile, Clause 7 aims to provide allocations to establish a ratings method to measure, evaluate and monitor the effectiveness and efficiency of service delivery of government entities.
Clause 10 of the Bill aims to provide for the submission of ratings and service performance reports by government entity heads.
"This Clause also gives the minister in charge the power to appoint a person with the appropriate qualifications to present findings on the performance of government entities," the Bill reads.
Clause 11 of the Bill aims to provide that state government entities can voluntarily submit a performance report to the Chief Secretary of State for rating purposes.
Clause 12 of the Bill provides for the Public Administration Efficiency Report to be presented by the Minister in the Dewan Rakyat.
