Ex-Kenaf Trading Global CEO, son charged with offering unregistered investment scheme


KUALA LUMPUR: Former Kenaf Trading Global Sdn Bhd chief executive officer (CEO) Jazman Shahar Abdollah and his son were charged in the Sessions Court here, on Monday (March 3), with offering an unregistered kenaf investment scheme between 2021 and 2023.

Jazman Shahar, 53, and his son, Irfan Hadi, 28, a former director of the same company, pleaded not guilty, after the charges against them and Kenaf Trading Global were read before Judge Azrul Darus.
