PETALING JAYA: Two lucky winners shared the RM23.1mil Toto 4D Jackpot 1 on Chinese New Year eve, announces STM Lottery Sdn Bhd.
In a statement on Monday (Feb 10), the company said the larger share went to a saleswoman from Sabah who won RM20.9mil with a System Play ticket.
