Celebrating success with RM30,000 cash reward for lucky homebuyers

PETALING JAYA: LBS Bina Group Bhd announced the resounding success of its Merdeka Campaign, held from Aug 1 to Sept 30, last year.

The campaign, designed to reward purchasers who successfully completed their sales and purchase agreements, secured loan approvals and fulfilled all stipulated terms and conditions, culminated in a memorable celebration.

LBS unveiled eight lucky winners, each of whom received a generous cash incentive of RM30,000 as a token of appreciation for their support and commitment to the campaign.

The prizes were presented by LBS Group managing director Datuk Joey Lim during the event held at the Prestige Residence Sales Gallery recently. A second prize presentation session was also held at the LBS Saujana Molek Sales Gallery in Johor Baru.

The eight winners of the LBS Merdeka Campaign 2024 are Arista Aini Mistar, Ahmad Firdaus Ad’nin Ramli, Didi Eismanto Sualman, Noraslinda Mazlan, Lim Lee Yo, Nurul Fatera Sufri, Kee Mih Chian @ Ker Mih Chian and S.Maenaga Ghandhi

These winners exemplified the confidence and loyalty that homebuyers placed in LBS’s high-quality developments. The cash incentive of RM30,000 served as a meaningful token of gratitude, elevating their Merdeka celebrations to new heights.
