Driver remanded for alleged unnatural sex with civil servant's spouse in Melaka

MELAKA: A 32-year-old personal driver of a female civil servant has been remanded for five days by the Magistrate's Court in Ayer Keroh to assist in investigations into the alleged offence of engaging in unnatural sex with his boss's husband.

The remand order, effective until Monday (Dec 9), was issued by Magistrate Nor Syaliati Mohd Sobri to complete investigations under Section 377B of the Penal Code for committing carnal intercourse against the order of nature.

It's learnt that the suspect allegedly committed the act against his 47-year-old employer's husband, who is an officer at the state religious office.

The offence allegedly took place at their home in Merlimau, Jasin, around 5pm in early August.

The alleged offence came to light when the police found footage of the unnatural sexual activity on the civil servant's mobile phone, showing the suspect engaging in the act.

Subsequently, the suspect was arrested by the Melaka police on Wednesday (Dec 4).
