PETALING JAYA: A video claiming to show a dog chasing after the people who abandoned it has gone viral, pulling on the heartstrings of social media users.
The video uploaded by X user @ricxxxkiddo shows the adult dog chasing after the 4x4 vehicle.
As the vehicle picked up speed the dog tried its best to keep up but was eventually forced to give up.
"Those who have seen this dog in the Alam Impian, Shah Alam area please inform me. The owner just abandoned the dog. Pity the animal," said @ricxxxkiddo in the post.
The video has since garnered 505 likes and 349 re-posts as of print time.
