PETALING JAYA: "I hope MCA at both the Federal Territory level and in other states continue engaging with the grassroots to strengthen the party," said party president Datuk Seri Dr Wee Ka Siong.
Following a briefing session on Sunday (May 26) with Federal Territory MCA members, the party president congratulated its chairman for organising relevant programs for the people.
"Today, I attended the Self-Empowerment Briefing session with the Federal Territory MCA grassroots members at Wisma MCA.
"Congratulations to Federal Territory MCA, under the leadership of its Chairman and MCA vice-president Datuk Seri Dr Wee Jeck Seng, for getting members from all levels to be involved in programmes that are closely relevant to the people.
"I hope Federal Territory MCA and MCA in other states will continue to strengthen their work at the grassroots level and keep the momentum going," he said on his Facebook page on Sunday.
