Dr Wee attends Klang MCA CNY dinner


PETALING JAYA: MCA leaders and grassroots members held a dinner to celebrate Chinese New Year in Klang, with party president Datuk Seri Dr Wee Ka Siong in attendance.

He said that the dinner, which was held on Monday (Feb 19) the 10th day of Chinese New Year, was for members to celebrate the Year of the Dragon.

He thanked Klang MCA division chairman Datuk Steven Lim for hosting the dinner and said it also gave leaders time to interact with grassroots members.

"Thank you to our grassroots members for always supporting the party and for giving me the opportunity to share the latest information with them," Dr Wee said in a Facebook post.

Also present were former party president Tan Sri Chua Soi Lek, deputy president Datuk Dr Mah Hang Soon, secretary-general Datuk Chong Sin Woon, Datuk Dr Pamela Yong as well as various state and division party leaders.
