MACC seeks woman for alleged involvement in Aman Palestin case


KUALA LUMPUR: The Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) is looking for a woman who goes by Bensir Begam Ahmad Basheer to help with investigations into an alleged money laundering case.

In a statement on Friday (Feb 9), MACC said their Anti-Money laundering division is looking for Bensir to help investigate the Taufan Ops case.

"We are tracking a woman (Bensir) for her involvement in Aman Palestin (a non-governmental organisation).

"The 42-year-old woman's last known address is No 42A Jalan Seri Damai 1, Taman Seri Damai, 43000 Kajang, Selangor," the statement read.

It further said that those who have information about the woman or her whereabouts are urged to contact investigating officer Salvinder Singh Amrik Singh at 013-2553131 or email him at salvinder@sprm.gov.my.
