LHDN Return Form Filing programme now available on Hasil Portal

PUTRAJAYA: The Inland Revenue Board (LHDN) Return Form Filing Programme for 2024 has been uploaded on the Hasil official portal as a reference and guide for taxpayers.

It can be accessed through www.hasil.gov.my or via quick access available in both Malay and English at https://www.hasil.gov.my/media/5u5aympa/program-memfail-borang-nyata-tahun-2024.pdf and https://www.hasil.gov.my/media/fw2jk2fd/rf-filing-programme-for-the-year-2024.pdf.

In a statement on Thursday (Dec 28), LHDN said it would require the use of e-Services for all services provided online through the MyTax Portal service gateway from Jan 1, 2024.

"The mandatory implementation of e-Services also includes the requirement of filing Return Form through e-Filing, which covers several categories of taxpayers.

"These categories include companies; limited liability partnerships; cooperatives and trust bodies; individuals, partnerships, associations and estates," the statement said.

Employers could refer to the latest format for the arrangement of the e-Data Pra-isi/e-CP8D information for the 2023 assessment year attached together with the Filing Programme 2024 for the purpose of preparing employee assessment information, according to LHDN. - Bernama
