Nadma issues monsoon surge warning for east coast of peninsula until Dec 25


KUALA LUMPUR: A monsoon surge has been forecast to occur until Monday (Dec 25) on the east coast of Peninsular Malaysia, potentially bringing continuous rain, strong winds and rough seas in the South China Sea.

The National Disaster Management Agency (Nadma) said that based on weather model analysis, thunderstorms with heavy rain and strong winds are also expected to occur in other states in the evenings until night during this period.
