PETALING JAYA: Malaysians want the concept of the National Digital Identity to be clearly explained and for it to be made user-friendly for the elderly and others who are more prone to being scammed.
Administrator Richard Felix Pereira, 55, said the Digital ID should be made easy for those not digitally savvy and who required more help to sign up, such as seniors.
