KUALA LUMPUR: Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin still has to face three money laundering charges and his application to have his passport returned permanently should be rejected as there is a risk of him fleeing, the Sessions Court here heard on Friday (Nov 17).
Deputy Public Prosecutor Lim Wai Keong said that the former prime minister should file an application in court for the temporary release of his passport if he needs to travel abroad.
