KUALA LUMPUR: More than 126 botched cosmetic and plastic surgeries performed by unlicensed surgeons have been reported in the past 18 months, mostly in the Klang Valley.
The botched surgeries led to various complications, including deformities and deaths. Victims of the former would then fork out even more money for remedial procedures.
