MAHB rolls out Aero FastTrack facility for check in, immigration and boarding

TRAVELLING is a source of excitement, joy, anticipation and amusement all at once.

Many love the invaluable insights and experiences derived from travel escapades – be it for business or leisure.

However, most would also endure the frustrating aspects of a trip, especially when it involves passing through the airport terminals.

Keenly aware that the tedious wait time in long queues and perennial security checks could mar travellers’ experience, Malaysia Airports Holdings Berhad (Malaysia Airports) has rolled out its Aero FastTrack – a new added service under the Airport FastTrack programme facilitated by its hospitality arm, Sama-Sama Hotel KLIA.

Offering a range of convenient assistance, Aero FastTrack is a tailor-made meet-and-greet service to ensure a seamless, smooth journey for each passenger upon their arrival at KL International Airport (KLIA).

Open to all passengers travelling with any airline on any ticket class, the Aero FastTrack service can be purchased at RM350 per package for up to three persons per journey.

Launched in May this year, Aero FastTrack is part of Malaysia Airports’ proactive efforts to provide more options to passengers when travelling between the main terminal building and the satellite building at KLIA.

So, is it worth spending a little extra for fast-tracking privileges to glide past check-in, Immigration and boarding queues with a private escort and buggy at your service until your flight takes off?

The answer is a resounding yes!

Guests who purchase the Aero FastTrack package will be whisked away by Airport FastTrack ambassadors upon arriving at the designated airport kerbside at KLIA’s Gate 5 for departure.

The ambassadors will aid guests to check in, before escorting them through Immigration via a designated lane, and through Customs screening.

They will be ferried from terminal to terminal in a premium MPV. They will be ferried from terminal to terminal in a premium MPV.

Guests will be ferried on a buggy to the Aero FastTrack lounge at G1 before being transported in comfort via a premium MPV for a seamless transfer to KLIA’s satellite terminal.

Upon arrival, guests will be escorted to their departure gate. Alternatively, guests with extra time before boarding may enjoy the amenities and light refreshments at the Sky Suite Airport Lounge.

When boarding time draws near, the buggy will send the guests to the departure gate.

For arriving guests of Aero FastTrack, you will be greeted by the ambassadors at the arrival gate and brought through the dedicated priority lane directly to baggage claim, where an ambassador will be on hand to assist.

So, if you’re looking for an obstacle-free airport journey that guarantees a seamless experience, look no further than Aero FastTrack.

For an even more premium Aero FastTrack journey, the service can also include transportation to and from your location to the airport.
