Form 4 student drowns in attempt to save classmate in Melaka

MELAKA: A Form Four student has drowned while trying to save his classmate at Pantai Mutiara near the Terendak Army Camp here.

Melaka Tengah OCPD Asst Comm Christopher Patit said Faris Darwisy Mohd Faizal, 16, a student of SMK Kem Terendak, tried to save another student but was swept away by strong undercurrents.
